SCARLETT MOFFATT SHARES HER AMAZING FITNESS ROUTINE

Whilst we lose the next couple of weeks to I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, it’s pretty hard not to notice just how good Scarlett Moffatt is looking.

We think that Scarlett has gained a whole heap of body confidence sink embarking on her fitness journey, which clearly means that she’s glowing from the inside to the outside.

Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s the little things that make me now smile everyday. Running up the stairs without getting out of breath, I now can enjoy going shopping, I wake up and my back doesn’t ache. Lovelies if I can do it you definitely can. My DVD is out for pre order on amazon now

And, whilst its definitely very easy to bury ourselves under the duvet during these cold winter months, we’re tapping into some of Scarlett’s fitness motivation- as the Gogglebox lady has recently shared exactly how she managed to get so healthy.

Having lost three stone in six months to a her personalised fitness regime, Scarlett has shared the tips that work for her during a recent interview.

Having originally fitted into a size 18-16, the reality star decided to try out a new workout routine- after learning that she could have been at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Alongside a balanced diet, Scarlett has revealed that she swears by interval training.

Might sound scary, but all this means is working out in short bursts of high-intensity exercise, followed by periods of allowing the body low-intensity recovery.

This form of excercise is understood to burn more calories over a short period of time than steady-state cardio. Scarlett explains, ‘Interval training is really short bursts, so sometimes the exercises are only a minute long, but my body still aches the next day – it’s definitely worth it, though’.

The 26-year-old continues, ‘I know what exercises work now, but I change up the order with friends. I do certain exercises, like burpees, for just a minute, which doesn’t sound like along time but it works’.

And, if you like the sound of Scarlett’s training routine, the she just so happens to be releasing her very own workout DVD… We’ll definitely be asking Santa.

Not only is Scarlett rocking the fitness stakes, she’s also rocking the bookies- having been hotly tipped as this years Queen of the Jungle.

How about a joint King and Queen of the Jungle? Scarlett and Larry Lamb, anyone?
