GILBERT, Ariz. – Burn Boot Camp is the ultimate workout for moms!

“This is the best place to be,” said Vanessa Arraguin. “I want to be here all the time.”

The circuit training type of workout changes every day and exercises different muscle groups. The classes are about 45 minutes long.

“It’s got cardio,” said Samantha Moyes, co-owner of the Gilbert location, “but then we also have a strength training day.”

The camps are open to anyone, but geared for women, especially moms. There is a free daycare for members.

“No excuses,” said Moyes, “you have a busy life, you’re running your kids around. Well, you have that 45 minutes where you don’t have to worry about anyone watching your kids. They’re here. They are on the other side of the wall and you have your moment.”

There are also kids camps where you can participate with the little ones and get them interested in fitness.

Moyes said there is a 14-day free trial with no strings attached for interested members. There is also a groupon for 30 days for $45.
