A team of STF Lucknow and Kanpur police arrested a man with 275kg of drugs worth Rs 15 lakh, said police.
He confessed to his crime and said that he intended to sell the drugs to local dealers in Ghaziabad.
The man was carrying the consignment in loader from Ranchi to Ghaziabad when he was arrested by the STF Lucknow and Thana Rail Bazar police.
The arrested person has been identified as Prashant Chaudhary.
The police are further interrogating the arrested person to know the details of his associates, said Pramod Kumar, DCP East.
