A yoga flash mob took place today in Cork, outside Brown Thomas on Patrick Street.
The event kicked off with veteran yoga teacher, Charlie Stevens, who led an army of yoga enthusiasts in a sequence sun salutations.

The yoga flash mob was part of an initative by a group called The Health Zoners. This innovative group of individuals come together fortnightly to discuss and practice a broad range of health related topics and techniques.
The group was founded by Mr. O’Mathúna, who is also the producer and host of a popular online radio show called The Health Zone Show. Previous interesting guests on the show, in the area of health have been Dr. Gabor Mate, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Anita Moorjani and Dr. Tony Humphreys.
