This adds up to a good 16 to 20 hours in a day and one is left with only 4 to 6 hours in a day to take care of cooking, cleaning, eating, doing chores at home, running errands, paying bills, looking after children and driving them back and forth from and to activities and classes, supervising their homework etc., etc., etc… where is the time to do physical activity? or exercise? Or meditation? Where is the time to connect with your spouse or children meaningfully? Dr. Munavvar Izhar says that these are the dilemmas physicians face in their life.
