Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest Bollywood personalities. The actress is known for post pregnancy weight loss having lost over 23 kg in two to three months after the delivery of her first baby. It is well known that she practises yoga and has also shared the stage with Yoga guru Ramdev Baba to launch her first book on nutrition called ‘The Great Indian Diet’.
And now, she’s all set to conduct a special Yoga class in Madrid, Spain for IIFA 2016. In a press meet where it was announced that she would be conducting a yoga class, she said that she gladly agreed to do it and was very proud to be associated with Yoga.

For her post pregnancy weight loss, Shilpa Shetty’s trainer Vinod Channa said that would practise Yoga for two days, would do cardio for one day and did weight training for three days. She practised Asthanga Yoga which is also known as the eight fold path to yoga. It is holistic in nature and develops every aspect of the human personality. Shilpa’s diet consisted of eating vegetables and sprouts for both and lunch and dinner. In between these meals she would eat eggs, fish and fibre-rich foods.
