Diet for people with the endomorph body type
People with endomorph body type need to be very careful about their diet. People with this body type are not as lucky as the ones with the ectomorph type, who are blessed with a super fast metabolism and can get away with almost anything they eat. When people with the endomorph body type consume food that has any extra fat and calories, it gets stored in their body and they need to workout to shed it.
People with the endomorph body type should follow a low-carb restricted diet, that controls the intake of calories. A low-carb diet can help with the fat burning process. Endomorph body types should include protein-rich foods in their diet as the protein can help in weight loss.
What to eat – Include protein rich foods like meat, milk, cheese which contains good fats, curd, etc. in your diet. Curd is also rich in good bacteria which will improve your gut health and metabolism.
What not to eat – Steer clear from starchy food like rice, potatoes, etc. Carbohydrates must be controlled and minimized.
